Porch Pot Subscription

Bring delight to someone’s doorstep with our four-season container subscription. Each season your special someone will receive a custom flower porch pot filled with lush flowering annuals. Leave the dirt, the mess and the stress with us! One subscription includes four porch pots (Spring, Summer, Fall, Winter). This is a great gift for mom, grandma, yourself, a busy plant lover, new homeowner, business or friend!

Care instructions included. Containers and flowers may differ from the picture shown. Winter porch pots are filled with evergreens and decor. Container size 12”.

How it Works:

Select seasonal color schemes and stop by quarterly to pick up your planter.

Spring Pick Up: April 18th- May 2nd

Summer Pick Up: May 23rd- June 6th

Fall Pick Up: August 29th- September 12th

Winter Pick Up: November 14th- November 28th
